Cheerleading Season Information

Apparel/Appearance:

- No jewelry of any kind (including post earrings)

-The only exceptions are religious or medical medals, which must be adhered securely to the body without a chain, with tape, under the uniform.

- Fingernails, natural or artificial, shall be kept at a length short enough so that the nails are not visible beyond the fingertips when viewed from the palm side of the hands.

- Nail polish is completely forbidden at all practices, games and competitions.

-Minimal make-up is allowed

- No glitter, paint, shimmer, tattoos, stickers, etc .

- Hair must be pulled away from the face .

-No hair beads or ornaments of any kind

- Plain ponytail bands and bobby pins are allowed .

-Competition hair ribbons are allowed.

-Uniform must be properly fitted with appropriate undergarments at all times.

-Uniform top must completely cover the midriff when standing at attention.

-Uniform must have Pop Warner patch.

- Eyeglasses must be secured by a sport band.

-Bands cannot have any beads or ornaments.

- Sneakers must be properly fitted, supportive and secured with laces.

-No flip-flops, sandals, or pull-on sneakers.

- We would prefer white sneakers with white socks for game day for team uniformity.

Other:

- No gum at practices, games or competitions.

- Water only! No soda, carbonated water, juice or sports drinks.

- No flipping or stunting without coaching presence .
